We, Nice House, would like to introduce a several of Bungalow house designs, in perspective drawing and completion form with photos, for your reference. These designs have a small area and consist of 1-2 bedrooms that are suitable to a 2-generation family, with parents and children, only. Construction cost of a Bungalow house is not very high and we can save the costs by using cheap materials for the house.

Foundation: brick foundation structure, concrete lined with broken brick, wall bearing, foundation and wall brace
Roof: tiled or metal sheet with galvanized, steel-framed roof
Mortar: Grade 50-75 mortar
Paint: 2 Joton primer + 1 coating, or whitewash
Floor tile:150 thousand dong per m2
Sanitary facing brick: 80 thousand dong per m2
Yard, hallway tile: 130 thousand dong per m2
Door, window: processed aluminum and glass door/window
Access door: ironwood or oak door
Granite decoration stone: 800 thousand dong per m2
Yard: cement-finish
Roof tile: concrete or fake-tole tile

The above Bungalow house design has an usual area of 40-60 m2 and construction cost of 200-300 million VND, consisting of 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 common toilet room. For a smaller design, there is only 1 bedroom.
